Know all men by these presents that I Sarah Saylor
of (city of) Parsons County of Labette State
of Kansas have contituted ordained and made
and place and state  put and by these
present do contitute ordaine and make my
stead put Polly Brock of Harlan County
State of Kentucky to be my true and lawful
representative for me and my name and stead
to  my ? to ask demand require ?
Recieve of and from Elisah Helton and Robert Helton
all monies debts and demands in their hands for
me or which they may hereafter recieve for me
as accruing to me from a certain will wherein
they were appointed admionistrators. giving and
granting unto the said Polly Brock full power
of authority to do and perform all ? act and
thing whatsoever requesite and ? to be done in
? about the said promisses to fully to all int?
and purpose as I might or could do if personally
