Deed Bk E, Pg 185 & 186

Elizabeth Brock to Robert Howard, 1 Tract, Pucketts Creek

 

Deed dated Feb. 16, 1861, between Elizabeth Brock of Powell Co., KY and Robert Howard of Harlan Co., KY.   For the sum of $30, Robert Howard paid Elizabeth Brock for all her interest in the farm now in Robert Howard's possession,  lying on Puckett's Creek on the Cumberland River. 

Note: This deed read to Elizabeth Howard Brock separately from her husband James Brock.
