George Blanton VS James Brock 1838

James & Elizabeth Brock, who are in custody, charged with trespassing, assault and battery against George Blanton.  Blanton states that the defendants "with force and arms" did beat, bruise and wound him, breaking his jaw bone, causing him to seek medical attention and was confined to bed.  Blanton is asking for $1000.00 in damages.
